Future Plan
Yan Brothers Industries Sdn Bhd has since 2022 been embarking on an expansion plan and have since laid out the fundamental framework that is to be carried out over phases. Our plans involves a complete overhaul and restructuring taking into account a forward vertical integration of its business environment.
These plans would assist the Company to maintain its foothold in the plastic recycling niche market where we not only focus on the collection aspects of plastic materials but move a step forward in converting such materials back into a raw form which can be used by other businesses as raw materials .
Within this expansion framework, we have identified the following key areas that will form the pillars of our policies
1) Manufacturing - upstream expansion 2) Human Resource - Revamp of wage structure, increase training and headcount 3) Vendor Development System(VDS) – Setting up a VDS System 4) Technology Adoption – Increase the adoption of technology in its process 5) Research & Development – to seek new venture in R&D opportunities 6) Environmental Sustainability – To ensure that ESG guidelines are enforced
